Kevin Taft, Leader of the Alberta Liberal Party has accepted an invitation – issued to three provincial party leaders by the Southern Alberta Council on Public Affairs – to test their vision for Alberta.

Prior to taking a seat in the Legislature after the 2001 election, Kevin Taft was a public policy analyst. He is the author of two books on Alberta Politics, Shredding the Public Interest in 1995 and Clear Answers, co-authored with Gillian Steward in 2000. Kevin became the leader of the Alberta Liberals earlier this year. Kevin lives in Edmonton with his wife Jeanette Boman and their two sons.
