Retired L Gen. Romeo Dallaire addressed a special session of SACPA in 2006. Gen. Dallaire is a member of the Senate.
SACPA meets every Thursday at noon from September to June at Country Kitchen Catering, the lower level of The Keg, 1715 Mayor Magrath Drive, Lethbridge. The Council also holds special sessions, usually in the evening and often at Lethbridge Public Library.
