SACPA has been funded by voluntary donations from its members since it was founded in 1968. Occasionally, fundraisers are organized.

Membership is open to the public and can be purchased at any time of the year by contacting the treasurer.

Membership Dues are:
Individual - $25
Corporate - $50
Student - $5

SACPA meets every Thursday at noon from September to June at Country Kitchen Catering, the lower level of The Keg, 1715 Mayor Magrath Drive, Lethbridge. The Council also holds special sessions, usually in the evening and often at Lethbridge Public Library.
